Gantry type loading and unloading edge banding production line
Features
1. This edge banding line is suitable for heavy panels such as doors or cabinets' doors that need a heavy loading device.
2. Operators just need to put all the panels on the roller table which are beside the feeding conveyor.
3. Gantry robot automatically pick up the panels and move to the feeding roller.
4. There are two lifting roller tables next to the feeding roller, it means when it finished panel on one of the lifting table, the robot will automatically go to another lifting table and continue to pick up and move the panel on another table that was ready.
5. The unloading device's working logic is the same as the loading device.
6. Two edges banding machine line means this production line can only finish two side edge banding in one cycle, when it was finished, it needs to restart again.
